With AGPS on, my tube locks on satellites within seconds

i'm using garmin v5.00.20. It locks very fast even i'm driving with AGPS on. Only a few KB transferred to lock.

1) Garmin v5.00.20
2) Portrait. I don't think this affects the time to lock.
3) Clear day. Last time i tried, without AGPS on, it was able to lock in a minute in raining day (Not moving).
4) Yes. A few KB used. But deducted RM0.10.
5) Dual mode.

I guess this has something to do with the mobile operator. Anyway, I'm using Digi.

I remove only this 2 files:

\resource\plugins\CardRunner.rsc ~3KBytes
\sys\bin\CardRunner.dll ~58Bytes

the official change log has been announced. Thus, I don't think they hold back the firmware. Maybe they have some issues with the server.
