Anyone having trouble restoring message after updated the firmware? I've updated from V11 to V20 last night. Before upgrading, I've done the backup. But when to restore the message from my memory card, it shows 0 items, meaning no inbox/outbox/sent items etc. I checked the file size of the backup, it's not empty.

Anyone else has this problem beside me and leongtat? Will try to use PC Suite to restore later on.
