Dear KK,

At the moment the update is only available at the local Nokia Care Centres. It is because the NCC, has a different way of updating the phone software, hence the software is not available through the Internet or the NSU. It is also advisable to have the NCC perform software upgrades since the phone is still under warranty, main reason is because some times during or after performing a update on the phone. The phone some how or rather cannot be switched on, there have been cases as such reported and the solution is to book into the NCC for recovery.

depends on the theme. Some need some no need.

Got to go guys badminton game now. Will update to v9 tonight after 10pm see you guys in V9

seems nokia not pull out all of v20 firmware yet

if i be you, i will print reply letter from benjamin and show to them ( ncc staff )

cant wait to try out the theme that echogarden created...i think it would be a nice 1

come on, they are just staff like you and me, follow instruction is their primary goal, no point putting them in trouble.
will visit NCC soon in that case.

yeah...where my sample    using Carbide.ui Theme Edition 3.4...*now a bit confius..to many button*

can some tubians show how their "home screen" look like?? i would like to know it... sorry for the stupid request...

my tube in charging mode right now` to much playing navi with garmin 

how do i sign in to live messenger with tube? using the IM in tube and what are the settings? or any other IM to use?
