Do you think working life is going to be any different? I would say its a good thing if you had such a scenario in college/uni, then you learn how to cope with differences and put things aside and learn how to motivate yourself. When you're studying, you have less responsibilities, when you start to work you'll face these scenarios anyway. You'll have colleagues you dislike, your boss/manager is mostly likely an inconsiderate jerk, your pay doesn't suit your workload etc. etc. but you'll have to bear with it anyway

The biggest problem with doctors in Malaysia is that they're overworked, underpaid and under appreciated. Difficulty of medical school is not a problem. Medicine in itself is a difficult field, so as long as you have a good standard of quality, those who aren't able won't graduate as doctors anyway, regardless of passion/interest.

NHS is PHAIL.... u try going to england and work as a doctor
