It's quite possible that the i8910 is "dying" as you put it. But it's been out a while now. The phone market has always been like that, and it's not really a bad thing because it spurs innovation. Rather than thinking about the fact that thisphone isn't getting attention, try focusing on what it is you really want for it. If there's a specific feature you'd really like, why not point it out, and explain what you'd like it for. Developers are much more responsive to that type of post (who'd want to read that their product sucks, you know?), so there's a better chance that you'll get to see it happen.

Remember, FULL Flash support will be available at the beginning of next year. That means thousands of great games, much better online browsing, Hulu, and more. That's a pretty big upgrade. QT is coming around on the system, and that's allowing some pretty neat new apps as well. There's quite a lot going on for the i8910, but given your disposition, it's probably at a technical level you're not comfortable with. That's understandable, but we can say rest assured, for favored electronics, there is life after death.
