At first when I receive the news of i8910, I thought it had the be a winner for this year. But the nearer it is launching in Malaysia, the more it is inferior to the other flagship phones like iphone 3Gs for example. Is it really not worth to buy anymore?

But there are alot of reviews that says it's great. Sure, there are a few flaws. But is it really that bad? I just wanna make sure that this phone is worth it. Well, I have a friend that is using Iphone 3G is like the worst phone he ever used and got a blackberry instead and loved it. I do think it's mostly preference though.

Ha ha ha ha. There are complaints about Orange. People got their phone debranded. Things workout for them afterward. Anywayz, it's still about ur own preference. I just went to sunway pyramid and found out that i8910 HD is not coming out this month. Probably next month or next 2 months.

Oh well, even if the price can be justify by the specs. . . SE has just leaked out xperia rachael. . . a stunning 4 inch screen smartphone with android, supports up to 1GHz processor and 3D graphics engine, 8 megapixel auto focus camera. It's expected to be launched this year. . . Have a look at the UI.

I was told that the stock will be coming in very soon. I'm not sure who is telling the truth or what kind of game is samsung playing. But the good news is that there is a firmware update that fixes the audio codec problem. Now it's AAC. The bad news is that it's released from Samsung Italy. So your phone has to be running with the italian firmware to get an update on it. What can be done is to find a way to install that italian firmware and get an update after that.

The price should be around RM 2.6 to 2.8.

The Singaporean release date and pricing is out.

Samsung also announced that the Samsung i8910 Omnia HD should start selling from 1 August at a recommended retail price of 540 euro. The first samples (mostly carrier-customized units) of the monster-spec'd Symbian handset made their way to the market back in May but right after its launch mass production was stopped in order for some i-dotting and t-crossing to take place. Apparently there were some issues with the Omnia HD that Samsung wanted to get fixed before the handset received wider availability.
