watched from cn sub quite awhile ago

ep1, all i can say is an unremarkable start, the CG is ok but otherwise nothing in particular is outstanding: the story/setting does have potential though(mecha-bike politic-ego-war on water-filled city?), seiyuu cast are decent too

however this is an excuse good enough for me to drop it, need to clear my growing on-going animelist
