Hi,

Here's my current status. At the moment I do not have any insurance of any type. My company however, has bought medical and PA for me. These policies are under my name.

I'm going to buy a property soon. From bank loan advertisement, I see alot requires the borrower to buy MRTA. I would like to know which type of insurance (MRTA, MLTA, Term Life, Whole Life) gives me the most protection with the cheapest cost. I don't want anything about investment or savings built into the insurance scheme.

Please advice. Thank you.
