Erm question.

I was told that I have to manually share the credit (aka talktime) by using *100# to share my talktime with my family lines.

Was the customer service shitting me?

Your question here is quite tricky actually.

You could transfer credit from postpaid to prepaid.
Share from postpaid to postpaid, nope, unless you are under sub line from main line.

Family line, why still want to transfer talktime? It is still the main line will be paying, all sharing talktime

Yup, that's the part. That stupid customer service say nope, if family line wanna share talktime then they have to "manually" transfer the credit they have left.

I was like sweat.gif sure boh?

I tot there's a shared talktime portion in the bill that share the talktime automatically if haven't reach the monthly commitment?

If you disable, and enable it back, then they will charge you RM3 for each ringtone, instead of RM3 per month
