got 2 questions please help me - thank you in advance

1. im now on SMS plan. should I change to Hotlink Plan? now Im paying 40cents per min/1 cent to activ10. I heard Hotlink Plan only 15cents per min/1cent sms to Activ10

2. what is the roaming SMS charges from lets say Thailand to Malaysia?
