I did a test, I configured my phone to "divert all calls when not available" to my B number, then I switch to that B number on the same phone. Indeed, all calls to the A number were forwarded to B number. Then I checked nemerous times and credit balance still the same, after some time, I re-checked, the credit was lower, - RM0.39 estimated. But I am not sure how they deduct the balance based on the number of divert calls or the amount of time used to do diverting. Look for the information at Hotlink does not seem to help much.

2 many unsure thing regarding hotlink nowadays.and what bad is their website.so hard to ascess.make users cant get the most fast and accurate info.hope those management will look into this matter asap n seriously
The Websphere they use on Hotlink portal seems to be quite slow. Sometimes, you may get a message stated "There is no content available.
Please check if there is content defined for the markup of your client device.", if you use Opera to view Hotlink portal. It think you are using some "special device". So cannot deliver the contents you need.
