2) How often will Maxis update my unbilled amount? I checked my unbilled amount through *100# and Maxis' Website and it shows that my usage is still RM0.  rclxub.gif
*
I think you will get the unbill amount one month after the date you register.
Cos i get mine on the 7th of every months.

got any couple plan or not? me and my gf both using maxis^^
*
I guess what you mean is family plan.
But you have only limited hours of free calls...very lousy maxis.
Other line (digi and celcom) offer unlimited free calls between main and sup line.

btw, wanna ask,  any big difference if i change from hotlink to postpaid plan?
*
Big difference in term of call rate of course.

Postpaid:
Maxis to maxis: 12 sen/min
Even active10 can't beat this rate.

Not really. If it is not their sale, why they should register for you? Of course they will do for you but with some minimal fees.
*
It SHOULD be free.
I know some shops charge but that's illegal. Or even after you submit the form you are not sure whether they will help you or not.
So it's best to go to the maxis center available mostly everywhere now.

You earn points each time you reload.
The more you reload the more points you will receive.
100 points = RM 1

What? 100 points = Rm 1? which mean I realod Rm10 i got 1000 points~? is it ? Correct me if I'm Wrong~ blink.gif
*
I mean from 100 points you can get RM 1 back.
Top up RM 1 = 1 point.
Collect 100 points then get back RM 1.

Confusing? rclxub.gif

i need help here guys...

i am using maxis postpaid using a sub line from another number.

right, now i am trying to subscribe for Extra Ten.

however, when i typed *100# keyed in 3 for extra values and 3 again for extra ten,

they replied, 'Sorry, you are not eligible for Value Extras. Thank you.'

anyone faced this problem before, i need help to overcome this issue,

phone bill is starting to exceed my budget.

Thanks in advance!
*
You probably need approval from your main line.
I know my supp line able to set up her extra 10 herself.

If not just call the customer service to ask about it.

QUOTE(SoulExiler @ Sep 11 2008, 11:03 PM)
why maxis is still maintaining their old on/off net charges rather than making it flat charge to all? Now maxis has become the most expensive telco in Malaysia and it keeps losing customers and it makes my call cost goes up every day, why???? I love maxis I don't want to see this happen to maxis. WE MUST DO SOMETHING!!!
*
I beg to differ. Please check all the telco rates before you simply say stuff.
U Mobile is the most expensive.
Intra calls between maxis to maxis is currently the cheapest. 12 sen/min you can get. If you subscribe the value plus, you can get as low as 8 sen/min.

Get your facts right mate! icon_rolleyes.gif

nah...i never dream Maxi$ will do tat.
free credits i dont think they will gv more than a few bucks
even free SMSes we hv to topup of certain amount 1st, then only we will get d free SMSes

perhaps competition between telcos in S'pore is very high?
*
Because all three (or should be four but exclude UMobile) telcos in M'sia got a balance amount of customers.
Rate will only be lower if seeing for example another competitorA getting all the customers while competitorB & C try frantically to grab them by offering lower rates.

In my opinion, maxis postpaid rate is the lowest currently but I wander why everybody prefer Digi now.
Postpaid active 10 call rates: 8 cents/min sms: 1cent
(Where else can you find such rates?) thumbup.gif

So come port to maxis now! icon_rolleyes.gif
