From what joshua said U only get points if u reload RM30 and above.

May i know the call rate and sms rate if im using hotlink Talk Plan and the person i call or sms is in my active10 list ? the hotlink website got problem..

What happen within a month I reload 3 times RM 10..Will it counted~? thanks~

They only giving rewards points for reloading of a total RM30 or more a month.

That is not true la bro..u can reload bit by bit butit must accumulate till RM30 with in a month than u will get the points..

however, when i typed *100# keyed in 3 for extra values and 3 again for extra ten,

they replied, 'Sorry, you are not eligible for Value Extras. Thank you.'

anyone faced this problem before, i need help to overcome this issue,

phone bill is starting to exceed my budget.

You probably need approval from your main line.
I know my supp line able to set up her extra 10 herself.

If not just call the customer service to ask about it.

I jz subscribe Extra 10.

How to set up the 10 numbers??

There should be a step by step guide after you subscribe the package.
Just follow the instructions.

I filed a complaint to Hotlink. They did not give me the rewards points of 500 for reloading RM10.

Let's see what explanation they going to give me. Too bad, I am in Singapore, can't call them, if not....

How come 500 points for RM10 reload? I don't think you can get that much points for that small amount. You only get points when you talk with people on the phone longer.

HotlinkGift. I always get those sms. I always reload when they reward me. Rewards like below

1. Reload min RM10 and get 600 points (successful)
2. Reload min RM10 and get RM5 extra (successful)
3. Reload min RM10 and get RM10 extra (successful)
4. Buy RM1 for 200 sms (successful)
etc

I use my hotlink number more than 7 years plus how to be friend with Hotlink then~ ?

Normally if you want these type of promo you need to have another hotlink number that seldom reload one. Active line usually very-very seldom they send hotlinkgift message. When that 2nd number get reward then only you do a credit transfer to your main number. That day my 2nd number get 1 sms told me to reload min Rm5 get free Rm12,i quickly load up Rm5 then wait for 5 days i get my Rm12

Btw, I receive my 500 points already. They sms me just now informing me.
But damn, now they are forcing me to reload again. HotlinkGift sms me to reload RM10 and get RM5 extra.
