just called to maxis CS to upgrade Value 50 to Value Plus 50.
the CS said it takes 24 hours....wonder is it true..will check back tomorrow |

usually CS will say 24 hrs to prevent maybe server delay or any complication to save their face.
usually its instantly. |

I've converted my Hotlink Prepaid to VP+50 Postpaid for a week already but Maxis is still sending me promos for Hotlink prepaid such as HotlinkGift which I cannot use at all.
