the more i read the hotlink website the more angry i get? Say wow 33 cents then suddenly some tiny text below saying only if you top up RM30. Hotlink is lying to the customer then nvm force us to pay by 60 seconds block.

Call rate is based on 1 minute block (again  ), and 18 sen to maxis, 20 sen to non-maxis, sms is flat rate 10 sen to all networks.A bit like digi RM30 basic plan.
