QUOTE(myahsam @ Jan 8 2009, 08:14 AM) Hi all, Nah. It actually depends when they send hotlinkgift. They do not certainly a few days of your expiry and for sure send it to you. Don't take things for granted!Anyone notice that there seems like no more hotlink free gift like free sms and etc, if your dont top up after certain days from validity date. My hotlink was expired on 28 Dec 2008. Normally after 5th day or 6th day I will receive the hotlink free gift, based on my previous experienced. Surprisingly, today is already 11th day, and I am yet to receive the free gift. Just wondering are they still giving the free gift? Btw, for answering your question, I still receiving hotlink gift |

QUOTE(suiteng @ Jan 13 2009, 11:53 AM) Your question here is quite tricky actually. You could transfer credit from postpaid to prepaid. Share from postpaid to postpaid, nope, unless you are under sub line from main line. Family line, why still want to transfer talktime? It is still the main line will be paying, all sharing talktime |

QUOTE(suiteng @ Jan 13 2009, 01:45 PM) Yup, that's the part. That stupid customer service say nope, if family line wanna share talktime then they have to "manually" transfer the credit they have left. Yes, you are right......I was like I tot there's a shared talktime portion in the bill that share the talktime automatically if haven't reach the monthly commitment? Ask him to guide u lor... |

QUOTE(vikingw2k @ Jan 16 2009, 08:08 PM) That's just the beginning. I won't upload when they send me those message. After you've waited even longer, they'll send you a sms saying "Reload RM10 to get free RM8 credit". Then only I reload If I got the 700 sms, I would reload instead of getting free RM8As my 700sms to hotlink/maxis worth RM49 RM49 and RM8 is big different! |

QUOTE(vikingw2k @ Jan 16 2009, 08:27 PM) It depends as I only sms to my Active10 hence 700 x 1cts = RM7. Still can't beat the value of RM8. Also, I prefer to have it as credit so that I can sell as cash. You can't transfer those free SMS right? You have the point. You got sms to active10, but I don't have |

QUOTE(zellleonhart @ Jan 21 2009, 03:57 PM) Okay letme explain. Surprisingly you switched from digi to hotlink, people are running away from hotlink You pay RM33 for the hotlink 365 service, which means rm33 deducted from your account balance. After that you will receive a confirmation sms, then you will see your credit expiry date added 1 year. You can use the balance credit for 1 WHOLE YEAR (if you can tahan 1 year) and you can receive calls/make calls as you wish. You need to top up at least rm30 cumulatively within 6 months so that the 365days will not be cancelled. If you top up , let say rm30, supposedly rm30 gives u 30 days talk time, but the 1 year period still there, not "overwritten" by the 30 days airtime. P/S: when i switched frm digi to hotlink, hotlink gift gave me FREE 365 days (no need pay rm33) woot! |
