how did you call the define() function in your code?

and show us how your function define() { ... } looks like.

This part might be causing the problem:

define('');
define('TABLE_HEADING_NEW_PRODUCTS', 'New Products For %s');
define('TABLE_HEADING_UPCOMING_PRODUCTS', 'Upcoming Products');
define('TABLE_HEADING_DATE_EXPECTED', 'Date Expected');

The function prototype expects two parameters but you only pass in one parameter. Your program can still work. That's why you only get a WARNING.

You should just comment off that define('') line and see if it will break your page. The line seems like it doesn't serve any purpose at all.

I see. But you can't put any dummy value at the moment first?

Instead of

define('');

You can put it as

define ('ABC','');

Hmm... because I'm still figuring out the purpose of this line --> define('');

If you comment out this line

// define('');

Then your whole page will appear blank, am I right?

Worst case, you can just turn off the WARNING error report in our php.ini file.

I think the define() lines are application-specific to osCommerce. Need to understand how osCommerce interpret the lines also.
