i sele t my iphone to mute and when i diselect it back,its still on mute position.Now,my iphone didnt have a sound whenever i play games,type a message,or off my iphone.The button for mute at the sidea bit lose already.is there any way that i can solve this prob.waaaaa...help

If is loose, you broke the switch inside, need to change the whole connector.
