dunno, they letak in those normal egg crates. Those ones inside the plastic with brands cost rm3.70, i thik its herba..something.. can't remember the brand.

wait first. Grade C is the smallest. Grade A is the largest. if Large, then 3.60 is still ok. You have to show me first mana beli, kang tak pepasal kena malu.

Eggs here, fresh farm eggs, cost more than 50cents each

I wish I could buy that instead. I'm looking for pure ayam kampung eggs and fresh eggs without all that branding crap.

Cholesterol is made of 2 parts. 1 is HDL, the other is LDL. We can say that HDL is the good guy, and LDL is the bad guy.

In our body, both HDL and LDL are necessary, but both are balanced by a ratio. Like, 2 units of HDL to 1 unit of LDL. 2:1.

With cholesterol, it will always be better to have more HDL than LDL. But you can't take out LDL also. They compliment each other. Egg is rich with HDL.
