I am totally excited if a snap election were to happen in Perak,
the message sent by people to federal government in last election, Kuala Terengganu, Permatang Pauh seems not loud enough.
they continue to act like morons all the time.
So kick their butt AGAIN!

...if just so happen anwar n gang suddenly got majority from all these incidents (n who knows future events)...we're going to hv a new government.

We need a change of government on Federal Level, (BN should be out!)
This is what a healthy democratic country need, look South Korea, Taiwan, Australia, US.....
Check and balance in a healthy democratic political system is strong,
we will have more accountability in the government.
All these could lead to better governance, and better economy,
better educated people, better infrastructure.....

So one day, Malaysia world status would rival Australia, South Korea, Canada.... etc,
respected worldwide like Switzerland, Norway, Sweden,
produce Nobel Prize winners every year,
our local companies would rival Samsung, LG, Panasonic, Microsoft.....
and Malaysian will carry their Bright Red Passport proudly around the globe, respected and welcomed by all countries.

I would second what Zio said. A lesser of two evils is being picked. Whether we get a new government or not, the problem lies in how weak both sides are. I was really hoping Perak to sustain itself and achieve status like Penang currently is doing (where a whole lot of people believed that the state will see good fortune til the next election).

But if they wanna continue pointing fingers at each other without looking at what the people needs, this country ain't going nowhere.

I am actually quite surprised with DAP's performance in Penang,
so far they've won a lot of praise, and managed to balance their cheque book.
Bravo.

Sorry Lim Guan Eng, i first thought u would screw up.

So far, he's the only MB that seems to work. I don't i'd Koh Tsu Koon going back, but at least he's more preferable than the abysmal Khalid and Nizar.

And the others, quiet without controversies.

Nizar is leading a government with slim majority,
his government is expected to stumble more than the others,
but he managed to increase the state Treasury,
just remember this - Perak do not have much resources and industry prowess,
and he managed to increase Treasury and won people trust (Such as new village land titles issue etc).
No mean feat.

Khalid is pretty ok,
u have to compare him to Khir Toyo,
that Khir Toyo is a great racist conmen,
while Khalid appear much more egalitarian.
To be honest, he did stumble on few issues,
but man, he is much better than Khir Toyo!
