I got offer from this company, 1 of the bosses asked me join them since he knows me and they gonna have a SAP HR ESS/MSS upgrade project in Maybank soon. Meaning I didnt attend any interview and they willing to buy me out from current company. But how good is this company? Had any retrenchment before? The company is in KL, Menara UOA.

Don't think benefits are good although it is a multi-national company bcox their local financial report looks pathetic (ie. -ve), the share is at 10c or maybe less.
Heard very high turnover every month, the management is very tricky and like to cheat ppl with money and stories too.. many friends had experienced these.

I got interviewed and they offer me the job. But I ask them for t he offer letter, it has been delay and delay and they told me the HR took the other guy. I already know what they talk shit good, I cannot believe them until I get their letter.
And the day I got interview I got traffic summon, not worth it to go interview there in KL office, very small small place, eat and parking very expensive there.

ex YGL (penang) here, work there 5 years ago with a batch of friend and now 98% is gone from there
