Hi guys.. wondering anyone knows about Naim Development in Miri Sarawak, Few years ago I bought a unit of light industry Factory developer by Naim. Never regret to invest on this little property because the price actually went up at least 30 to 40% in 3 years. My bro used to own a similar unit few blocks away from mine, he sold it recently with some gain (Buy 198k - sell at 265k), he told me that suppose can sell it with even better price but he didn't want to wait.
I have intention to sell mine as well, it's very troublesome for me to manage this property & the tenant becoz I am working in Singapore, onli back to miri 3 to 4 times a year. Anyone please advise should I hold on with it till market recover or sell it if the price is right..
