In case you are wondering what are executive levels.
Some criterias of executive levels : - no OT claim cause salary higher than RM2400 (if remember correctly) - forgot the rest

recession coming, r u an asset or liability to the company?? u quit..then company gain, need not pay for the retrenchment  PS> i will only keep the asset, the liability please go away.

Isnt that what most prudent bosses will do, with or without recession. Just that during recession, you can to see more of performance review being done by management.
