Thank you for your suggestion.  I agree completely.

Within the moderating team, we had decided a few days ago to begin a crackdown on Kopitiam.  This has already started - racial/religious threads are being deleted on sight and thread starters given lengthy suspensions.  We had also decided that spam posts such as 'vroom vroom' or whatever else the idiots post will be met with with lengthy suspensions.  Rest assured, we will be pushing this further and with more menace than ever.

Over the next couple of weeks, I will appoint several new staff members to increase the efficiency in which we suspend members who persist.  We will require your help in reporting duplicate accounts.  Mostly, they are easy to tell because trolls and spammers aren't very bright people.  It takes us (there are about 50 of us) 2 seconds to nuke an account, whereas it takes you many times that to make a new email address and sign up again. 

I'm hoping we'll see some difference in 2 weeks.

Well,  it depends on how you post. Didn't you read a particular section? The moderators should be smart enough to identify which are spams and which are not.
