Yea, Hong Kong company. So far in my class have 2 are sponsored by that company. 1 Malaysian and 1 Hong Kong-canadian. I heard that they also sponsor pilot too. Is it have to work in HK, that i'm not sure. It's totally depends on that company. But i heard from that Malaysian who sponsored by that company, say that most probably work in the place where he study. In this case is Australia he probably work in. hmm.gif This is still an unknown though. cool2.gif

Why didn't you asked/find this out when you applied?
Selected is one thing, are you accepting the offer?

Hi there,

LAME is a professional certification which is purely based on your skills and also your working experience. You can even have a PhD in aviation or aeronautical field but if you didn't start your Diploma of Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (which is the basic education level to become an LAME) in an approved college by the license awarding body there is going to be a big hurdle to face. For example you can study in College A which is not a recognised college by EASA, and it will easily take more than 5 years of working experince to get your LAME. But if you study in a college which is recognised by EASA Part 147, you can get your License with only 2 years of working experience in any Part 145 companies.

If you are interested to know more about becoming an EASA LAME, feel free to contact me at the details given below. Thank you.
