Only redsn0w has the jailbreak for 3.1.3. It's for iPhone only if im not mistaken.

If you are impatient to wait til the OS 4.0, try downgrading your ipod to 3.1.2. which I did

i suggest u use blackra1n dude, easier.. which i did it b4 for my fren's 1st gen 8gb with firmware 3.1.2.

I use blackra1n ... Easier to jb but can do reset .... hv to do it again if reset

Try youtubing on how to downgrade from 3.1.3 firmware to 3.1.2 firmware.
