yes ... take others. Just as a heads up:

1. Go to Settings
2. Go to Mail, Contacts, Calendar
3. Add Account
4. Other
5. Put in the details
6. After that u need to provide the pop3 and smtp settings, usually pop3.XXXX.com and smtp.XXXX.com
7. Check in outlook for the server port for pop3 and smtp. usually its 110 for pop3 and 25 for smtp.

Then all you need is trial and error.

no la ... that why i ask you to look the settings in outlook. I'm just giving example. The XXX thing stands for your company's email add such as pop3.microsoft.com or smtp.microsoft.com. So u need to look for the pop3 and smtp setting in your outlook.

Open outlook ... go to tools --> email accounts.

Go to --> view or change existing email account

Select the account where the type is POP/SMTP

Click Change

Look at the Server information for POP3 and SMTP

@frozzbyte,
I configured my office email on my iPhone and had no problems - it helps since I know the incoming and outgoing server information but like u said, if dunno just check on Outlook or Mail smile.gif

At least I know mine works fine! smile.gif

Thats why I ask him who set his outlook and guess what's his answer.

What we can do is just give TS a guideline to follow, the rest is up to him.

wouldn't it be easier to just use the already set-up-and-working e-mail account in outlook and sync the settings via itunes?

That would do the job also but TS might have his reason to do it on the phone itself. (why didn't I think about it also blink.gif )
