I cant sleep so after reading all you guys complain about all kind scram case and i feel sad for those whom being cheated. So i hope yous guys out there better think wisely before you are being cheated,

Here is one case which been into before, a buyer from USA has pay me some fund through PayPal and YES i did send the item to him but i lost the resit and so therefore it took me some time to look for it. But then i found it, its was too late for me to dispute my case so therefore paypal refund the full amount to him within a short period of time (Lucky i have took withdraw all my fund) . Now my paypal has a negative balance RM 1K which is not my fault. As i have send out 6 different Boxs to different address and five of them receive it only one of them were lost.

So base of my case, PayPal will refund your $$$ once the seller didnt response it on time or if they are on the wrong side. Please keep all transaction record for future reference. If possible used Ebay as so that all your transaction be easily been trace and record, plus Ebay own PayPal. There sure backup their system.

Then you will dont have to complain here and there about your $$$ being cheat. Only disadvantage to the seller if base in my senerio.

PLUS paypal has live help center on your dispute.

Please dont used Direct banking if you buying stuff on Net, toooo dangerous and very hard or extremely low chance of recover, almost impossible. Not to say the efficiency of our Malaysian police if you compare Japan. Most of you will hear story of how efficient the Jap police officer, if you compare it to our local Malasia BOLEH officer. I have more RM10 000 fund lost in Japan, even after a year they still cant do anything over it. Everyday walk up to Jap police station, the officer will ask you to wait wait wait. Even in Japan you need to wait that long, i wonder in Malaysia how long does u need to wait???????????? All detail is provided IC NAME and etc But still no news about it.

Maybe our figure its too small kacang putih figure as compare to other corn man whom corn over few hundred K or Million of dollar.

Yes I used to be a Seller from Ebay and i have sold many stuff there too. Used to have a business account. Anyway i am here to advise buyer to used PayPal for their safe side. Avoid being cheat. As for seller, keep all your document and you shouldn't have much problem.

Actually as in Lelong.com.my there is safe trader function.
Currently in china, more advance on internet trading, got lot of third party company incharge for trading like the safe trading in lelong.com.my.

Function of third party company is holding the fund, after u receive the item they will release the fund to seller, but they do charge.

But in our place, no have such service, isn't?

bank got letter of credit..
it's function is the same...
this is what most business ppl use i heard...especially when large amount of money is involved.

in my opinion, unless you are dealing through ebay, paypal is not really suitable for trading. Paypal doesn't really care if trades are done not through ebay.

There are tons of cases you can read about how paypal is being unfair.

You want to pay, use proper middleman service. Unfortunately, we do not have such a service in Malaysia. I have done some study on this before and found that you won't make profit out of this service because the mentality of Malaysian, most of them will not use this service.

sometimes there's no way to deal bro,unless via postage,that's why someitmes we cant avoid those things,because if we really one thing,we would for sure come across it,without taking into account the risk.that's why.
