Search function in Contact Book is terrible?

i don get wat u mean for this issue but for me the contact is a major improvement actually. instead of typing the whole full name of a person to search, i can just type first few alphabet of the person name and the contact will show up.

Can't compare with other bcoz currently only N73 at hand. Actually, I alwiz keep a notepad opened at all time within this week. So far, only that cons I can found out from my phone. So, from my point of view, it excellent. Most of it can be solve in the firmware. I also try very hard to find any cons

But before buying this phone, I already compared with N82 which I think the best Nokia 5mp camera phone in term of camera quality in low light. If compare all around, 5800 is better for it value for money.

High-end means >RM2k phone or >RM1.5k?

This search function already implement in my old N73. Type any part of the name, all the contact with the part will be listed. What I don't like is how to type the name. Example... when I want to search Aaron, I press "A" then when I want to press "a" again, the key located at different location. For message, I can select to use Alpahnumeric input, handwriting input or qwerty small/large input. But in contact, it fix to alphabet input.

I don't how to change this, but from what I understand and also from the answer I got in this forum, so far we have to stick with the input type.

BTW I will correct the statement, input type, not search function. Sorry.
