With NSU you shouldn't lose them but it is safe to back it up. You can use the PC suite.
I've already backed mine up a few days ago in anticipation of an update such as this. biggrin.gif

I wonder if it plays smoother too.
I notice that this phone can't do gap less playback. It will always have that slight gap at the end(lag) before starting the next song.

It seems anywhere in the 3 bar range is considered a minimum. I charged for 15 minutes only while the phone is at 3 bar, I am able to update. laugh.gif

Hey, I opened up touch piano and I found virtual key installed!
Well I think it is. Isn't it where the phone simulates a 4 way arrow pad? Well I think this update includes it!

I encountered it as well, 4 times.
I restarted my PC, turned my router off then on again, and I dunno if it's related but I charged up my phone since it says it cant update coz my phone hasn't got enough juice.
Then all works fine.
