Do I have to bring my receipt if I want to get my wallet polished?

What do you mean? I thought the polishing service is free? Just need to know if they need the receipt. I accidentally dirtied my wallet yesterday.

Yeah, they mentioned can send back for polishing at any outlet..I forgot to ask them whether they need to see a receipt for it though.

Nope, this is my main wallet.. I carry a money clip as well, but sometimes if I carry little cash I just sandwich it between my wallet. Very slim compared to my previous wallet.

Probably the type of leather they use. Or the leather on your wallet had dried up or got wet often. Is it cracking or peeling? I would try to recondition the wallet using a leather moisturizer but only apply thin layers a few times, not too much.

If its dried you can try to restore it using any leather moisturizer. I think BB outlet won't do this for you because they only offer free polishing service.

There are different types of leathers. Most leathers will dry out if come into contact with water too much. Best thing to do is let it dry up by itself and then applying a layer of leather moisturizer to prevent damage.

Or if you know it will get wet often apply a protective layer on it. Neatsfoot oil will give it some protection but not waterproof.

Or get a leather that is hard and doesn't absorb water like saffiano.

What other leather care products do they sell? I wonder if they have the woly water resistant one.

I see. Maybe I will get a bottle for my other leather stuffs since it smells not bad.
