Just a basic one. I think they just use a very light conditioner/cleaner to wipe the wallet. Takes very long though minimum 1 hr for smth that can be done in 5min.

Though I like the smell of the conditioner they use. I once asked them what do they apply and they told me it's woly creme essential. I bought a bottle but it doesn't quite smell the same.

This can be sent in for touch up but not sure how much it's gonna cost. If you send it to 3rd party to do also might cost quite a bit.

Since you've already gotten a few years of use out of it, I'd say continue using till spoil and get a new one. Unless u really like this current one and want to prolong it's life.

You can try bringing it to them but I think it might be costly.

Alternatively can just take a lighter to the fraying part to melt the thread and use a marker to touch up the white parts of the edge.
