I asked them and they can't repolish the surface back to original condition.

The back of the wallet become matte surface instead of shiny. Or it is normal after a long period of usage?

With lifetime polish, you should go every 1-2 months to maintain the quality and shine... it's FREE

Probably the type of leather they use. Or the leather on your wallet had dried up or got wet often. Is it cracking or peeling? I would try to recondition the wallet using a leather moisturizer but only apply thin layers a few times, not too much.

No crack or peel. Just dried up as you said probably

If its dried you can try to restore it using any leather moisturizer. I think BB outlet won't do this for you because they only offer free polishing service.
