Hi guys,

I'm going to upgrade my CRT TV to LCD HDTV soon. I don't have a PS3 yet, but going to get one soon after my LCD TV arrived.

My question is, is there going to be a big difference on the picture quality between HDMI & Component cable? The TV is 1080p capable TV and it accepts both HDMI & Component.

I'm asking because I have a PS2, and since PS2 & PS3 are using the same video cable, I can just buy a component cable and use on both PS2 & PS3.

Anybody have any idea on how much a PS2/PS3's component cable cost? Tried looking at Sonystyle's website, but it's not there anymore.
