Vertical for me, because my TV rack seem to have no extra place for me to make it horizontally. Besides, I would like to ask all the ps3 owner here, sometime, when I hold the PS button and press quit game, my ps3 perform abnormally which gives me 3 beeps and 'RESTART' the game. Curious enough to ask is it any one here encounter the same problem? What is going on actually?

QUOTE(SSJBen @ Feb 4 2009, 02:44 PM) Theres data still being done on the PS3 when you are quitting the game. Mostly, when you are quitting during a Loading screen, directly after or before a loading screen, after saving a game and so on. 3 beeps like that means that the PS3 is still working on something, and automatically stops and restarts because you "requested" it to do so. Will not harm your PS3 at all. Don't worry. What a relieve, thank you guy~ One more question, where can I download PS3 theme through the net?

Hi guys, I'm looking for a clarification, hope someone here can able to help me out. My situation was, every time when I press quit game (specifically, Resident Evil 5) and of course it will return back to the user interface, my PS3 start spinning the disc very fast until I can hear it clearly (the disc is still inside the machine). By the way, while I rejected the disc, it comes back to the normal. Playing the game is just fine, no sound at all. So, what's going on? Why the machine want to spin the disc while I'm not actually access it?

QUOTE(SSJBen @ Mar 26 2009, 08:55 PM) Very normal. There are quite a number of games doing this, MGS4, RE5, GTA4, and Uncharted are of a few that I remember right now. There are a couple of reasons to this, but the main reason being that the BD-drive spins the disc to play the mini-clip when you start the game. Strange I know because how much is there to read a disc just to play a clip. Theres a couple of other rather technical reasons, but this is one of the easier ones to understand. Finally, it isn't harmful to your PS3. Don't be so skeptical. So the spinning normally for the small clip? But I tried before, even though I move to the others features such as music or setting, the disc is still spinning loudly.
