both ip must be unique
in the proxy program, just use the 0.0.0.0 because it will automatically use the pc's ip
and put the pc's lan ip (not 0.0.0.0) into the ps3 setting (the "use proxy server" part) Vorchy... please update For those who are using the Ps3.ProxyServer in 64bit environment, they can download .Net Framework 2.0 for 64bit platform from Microsoft in here |

my 2007 Benq 19" Widescreen LCD eventho got DVI port, it still doesnt support HDCP. you need to check the compatibility first on the net.
but i think most of the current LCD already support HDCP.
if you insist to use your old LCD to play PS3, the only i can think of either you use VGA box or HD-Fury...but be prepare to fork out couple of hundred for it which IMHO you'd be better off buying a new HDCP-compatible LCD
