Hey, was wondering is there any damage to my game data if my blueray disc have some hairline scratches , and will it cause any damage to the lens ?

Hey guys must we always remove the disc after playing it ? Cant we just leave it inside and close the console ?
The seller told me if i dint take out b4 shutting down the console there is possibility the disc could stuck inside. Is it true ? very annoying must keep inserting the disc time after time |
