QUOTE(jasjay8708 @ Feb 8 2009, 12:14 PM) hi guys, i m 1st to this section, i do have question about how to seting up the audio connect to my tv & ps3, by the way, i need to connect my ps3 to a 2 ch home theathe. From the photos I see two devices:» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « 1. A Sony TV (presumably a Trinitron model). 2. A Pioneer DVD/CD Receiver In the picture I can see that the Pioneer receiver only accepts one audio input. What you can do in the setup is that you can plug the Red/White (Audio) cable of your PS3 to the audio input in your Pioneer receiver, leave the Yellow cable (Video) at the front panel of your TV. I assume that the picture output from the PS3 will be displayed in Video 2 of your TV. The PS3 portion is done. Next, you would want to connect the video output of your DVD player to your TV. Take the Yellow cable from your DVD player and connect it to the back of your TV Yellow A/V Input. The picture output from your DVD player should be displayed in Video 1 of your TV. There will be no audio connection from your DVD player to the receiver because the DVD player IS the receiver itself. I believed that everytime you're switching from PS3<->DVD and vice versa, you would want to ensure that your Pioneer receiver will output the correct audio channel. Refer to your manual on how to do it. Otherwise, you won't hear any sound out of your PS3. I hope this clarifies your confusion. QUOTE(simoncsw @ Feb 8 2009, 05:34 PM) HI, Guys At the "Sign In" menu in PlayStation Network tab, choose "Forgot Your Password" option. This will only work if you remember the Date of Birth and the security question answers you have set to the account during registration. If it doesn't work for you, the best is to email the customer support respective to the region your account is registered.I'm seeking for help on playstation 3 network. i have lost my password recently. may i know how to to retrieve it back? i have tried to retrieve it from internet from official playstation website but failed. thanks in advance. QUOTE(Cottonbud @ Feb 8 2009, 06:46 PM) when u register a psn account, it will send u an account detail copy in ur email. go check it there. If u deleted the copy, I dun know how to get it back. There is no password information in the "Confirmation of PLAYSTATION®Network Account Registration" email. I believe it is PSN policy not to reveal the password through email as I've just tested the Forgot Your Password option, and here's the email. (no password information)» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « QUOTE(colt_508 @ Feb 8 2009, 06:55 PM) haha... i have 6 Playstation Network.. Sometimes it is the matter of convenience, as some people don't check their spam email address as often as their main/prominent email address and with crucial information like credit card, billing information and any purchases made on PSN is tied to the account. Losing one PSN account could mean that you lose all the money you spent on it, once your HDD is formatted.why should i worry bout losing one PSN log-in.. u can create more & more PSN |
