QUOTE(Xziled @ May 8 2009, 02:53 AM) Hmm, should i buy the games before i buy the console? xD since i will only but the console after my exams but sometimes i look around and c quite good prices but worry that if i buy it but can't test it then dunno whether it's in working condition or not well the game will definately work because the only ps3 games for sale are all originals. although i dont really see the point of buying it if you cant play it. just gonna give you more stress hahahahah. plus. i think you probably can just get the second hand games here on LYN for a better price.

i keep my ps3 vertical. so far no problems. the only thing i get worried about is dust going through the lobangs at the top.

QUOTE(maskedchan @ May 13 2009, 02:49 PM) i can play game for few hours without problem need to charger the controller... i think ssj means because the guy wants to pull out the USB cable before the controller is fully charged. plus its DS3 probably cause its new. so sucks up lots of juice.

QUOTE(amduser @ May 19 2009, 03:30 PM) did anyone have problem login to the playstation@home? i seems to stuck in the "initialising...." there, and sometimes it hang, sometimes after a long time then it say network error, but my internet is connected, i can even login to playstation@live and PSN home always has problems like this. sometimes nothing is wrong. sometimes cant log on. it takes up a lot of bandwidth i guess.

i dont think that it would harm the lens because the amount of data is so small that it wouldnt put much stress on the lens. thats just my opinion anyways.

QUOTE(D.Sync @ May 21 2009, 01:30 AM) I should have created a PSN US account back then. Regretted for creating a PSN Malaysia account with some trophies on it, including RE5 and GTA4. Added on May 21, 2009, 1:31 amBut when I browse through the PS Store using my US account I can see the Naruto DLC even though I didn't own the game. How does it detect then? PSN store doesnt detect what is on your ps3. it just lists everything thats available.

@ssjben. before you mentioned using the compressed air cans to clean your ps3. was wondering if there is some special technique you use? or you just spray in any of the holes or what.

QUOTE(Jenn77 @ Jun 12 2009, 03:05 PM) Oh.. cuz I saw an external charger from Play-Asia, its about rm 53++ Six Axis Charger Have a look. i dont think its worth it. better to just spend a few bucks and get a usb extension cable thing. if it was a battery pack thing that would be a different story. although still not so useful hehe.

you want to format your ps3 HDD? just do it from the XMB.
If you take out the hard drive from PS3-A and put it into PS3-B... PS3-B will ask to format the HDD. and once it formats it... if you take it out and put it back into PS3-A... PS3-A will also ask to format it again.
so no you cannot format the ps3 using another ps3 or computer for that matter...i think....heheh.

depends on the game. updates are around 130+ mb, and games can range from anywhere from 100mb to 1+ gigs.

its a bluetooth controller. the recievers are built in. the ps3 will automatically configure the controller and it will know which is which. you can have up to 7-8 controllers or something like that with no problems.
