just found this forum, and read all the posts.... but could not find any one talking about the post beside IT...

just set an appointment on next week for team lead in accounting position (in Marketing Service - Erisson building), and would like to ask for advice of the below:

- what is the working culture (e.g. need to wrok late / ot)?
- what are the employee benefits (especially the yearly bonus)?
- do need to support how many country or Malaysia itself (hr ppl told me this is a new share service centre)?
- how big is the accounting team?
- any related info for employment..
