Why, it is no surprise the the HR Director would stoop that low to insult either a potential candidate or an employee.
Well, this thread is mainly dead now. For new potential candidates who're thinking of applying to Experian, you're probably better off elsewhere.
Hitwise is losing their QA like arteries lose blood. Apparently it's because of the relatively new lady manager.
If you're thinking about joining the QA team, you should heed the sign.
Cheetahmail's turnover rate? Well, it's been pretty bad last year. This year saw a few left.
There're dissent among employees. Griefs mostly caused by managers who don't know what they're doing.
Experian isn't as great as what it used to be (or what they claimed to be).
mbcx4jrh, why don't you tell us why you left?
It might be slightly exaggerated comparing to the actual situation.Well, this thread is mainly dead now. For new potential candidates who're thinking of applying to Experian, you're probably better off elsewhere.

Although there are couple of QA resignation in Hitwise happening at the same time, it was more due to the fact resignation happen immediately after the bonus was given (if letter was submitted before the bonus, you will not qualify for the bonus). No more after that.
Also to note, Hitwise in Cyberjaya is establish for slightly more than 2 years, hence it's common that people are looking for new job challenges after this period.
The average turn-over rate is lower in Hitwise than most companies out there.
Overall, my experience in Experian has been a pleasant one! Definitely recommended if you're looking for a job which gives a lot of flexibility, support and freedom to implement improvement initiatives.
