I am thinking of applying for the dev team lead position in Experian Cyberjaya. Looking at the posts, it looks like there will be a test. The JobStreet ad mentioned requirement knowledge of C#/C/C++.

My questions:
1. What is the format of the test? Multiple choice or subjective with coding?
2. What languages will be tested?
3. Anything else i need to know for the test, like any database questions? If database knowledge required, what databases do I need to know?
4. Any other pointers on what I need to know for the test?
