Well I managed to reach the third stage. Met the head of development and I told my expected salary. I asked first the range but they want me to tell my expected salary.

Now after two weeks still waiting. Not sure whether they're agree or not.. I hope at least negotiate something before deciding anything if the outcome is negative.
