i got a friend's friend who joined in as management trainee at first, the test given to him was not really in technical, its more on IQ test, but now he's been transferred to Java development team. And he had almost zero knowledge in Java before joining this company, so, can it be deduced that the easier path to join Experian is via management trainee?

I heard that the questions have been leaked out long ago? Do they use the same set of questions everytime?

then again, even pass the test, there will be at least 2 interviews waiting

after seeing these posts, I am not sure whether I can handle the job well, I am not really a programmer person anyway, its just I have touched on .NET before. The good side of this company is the good environment, can wear smart casual for programmer team, and can go back before 6pm, from what I heard from friend's friend.
