try to install the latest version of ATI Catalyst Drivers

If you have errors or CTD or BSOD, try and downclock ur proc n gc. I forgot to downclock after benchmark and i keep getting CTD, fatal error n even BSOD. Until after I restore my stable clock.

I had raced repeatedly with AI on Laguna. They are pretty notty. hehe.
If u tap their back, they will spin towards u and block ur way...taking u out with them.

And they make mistakes too...and most of the time re-joins the track in a safe way. And u can give draft them, they can sometime miss their braking point and go off track....

Almost feel that ure racing human players.

But if ure side by side with them into a corner and pass their car halfway, they would still take that corner and hit u. I have to lift off most of the time tuck behind them.

Few times also, when i was slowing down to a corner. Some cars obviously missed their braking point big time and shoot across me on the inside when i was abt to take that corner. Ive never seen AI make mistakes such as this. Very authentic human mistakes.

Yes bro...even not responding. Does ur pc have heat issues? gc drivers updated (make sure no conflict with any version)?

f*** this game ... trying too hard again to become GT ... FAIL big time ... the traction and all are f***ed beyond playable !

im using ati card too.. 3870 HD.

starting the game keep crashing n not responding... my solutions is update my driver n catalyst then delete the xml files in document.. solve my prob. playing with all high settings so far so good.

All install then boom. Black screen, BSOD, speed.exe error. Macam macam lagi.

did u update ur windows netframe? btw i read in others forum they said must install/update microsoft c++ 2005 to prevent game crash too..

did u have these both updated?

try go to microsoft.com n search for the latest update..  bcoz i got the same probs like u on the starting.. well my prob is solve..

btw im using vista ultimate 32bit.

aiyah last time NFS:UC i set lowest also useless la still jerk. as if i need 8GB + RAID to get it work properly.

For ATI user
Dunno whether this was posted before or not, i installed 9.10 beta driver yesterday and a have a huge performance improvement. Now i can play in all high setting in 1440x900 with 50-60 fps.
google for the driver

just tried Shift at at cc near my place..

graphics wise, it is nice..

but handling wise..still kinda reminds me of ProStreet days..urgh..

need more time to get used to it, i suppose..

can play right? but somehow I suspect that NFS is more GeForce bias..

4850 user here. did u try to update the driver, it gv me great perfomance boost
