Personally, i saw

GRID steps on> NSF ProSheet (Bad vehicle physics)
GRID steps on> NSF Undercover (Sheety gameplay although it's not a circuit-ty hybrid game)

I never enjoy playing NFS since Hot-Pursuit 2.
When EA starts making their NFS with a better gameplay without some old stories similar like what we have in racing movies or some all-about-smexy-girls on my eVroom-Vroom, i'll be back to try it's new game out.
