Oh mai... this game is so great with racing wheel...
A lot of corners can be cleared by just tapping the gas.

BYE KEYBOARD~

Looks like I still have to survive driving with the keyboard for at least a few more years...

Gave it a try yesterday (don't ask whether the rig/game is mine) and, wow, the AI really knows how to hentam me back if I go aggressive against them.

Also, this game really shows that lower-tier cars can really prove something as upgrades follow up. Love the way stuff works in here. biggrin.gif

For a game which is, for some reason, I feel so graphically demanding like this I managed to get a workaround for that, as an NVIDIA user.

The solution? 3D Settings in NVIDIA Control Panel. So yeah, the graphical lag I used to get especially while playing certain tracks like Autopolis Lakeside seems to have been reduced greatly. Thank goodness sweat.gif

For ATI users you might want to use ATI Catalyst to configure application 3D settings biggrin.gif

Just verified my... uh, prediction that graphics will improve with the tweaking of the 3D Settings in NVIDIA's Control Panel (and ATI Catalyst for ATI users, probably; I can't recall).

Although the settings I had with graphical tweaks performed in NVIDIA was done a bit longer (damn the aggressive AIs, suka sangat kasi aku spin >_>) but I guess the difference proves much stuff...

This is from game start-up to a 1-lap quick race in Autopolis Lakeside on dawn, with Lotus Elise competing against 7 AI opponents. 1280x1024 @ 75Hz is my maximum resolution though.

I'm using Fraps by the way.

Untweaked:

Frames: 6363
Time (ms): 31409
Min: 7
Max: 1289
Avg: 202.585

Tweaked:

Frames: 8566
Time (ms): 26324
Min: 8
Max: 1481
Avg: 325.406
