if u are on vista,open the Games menu,right click the shift shortcut and select saved games.it'll open a window and in it it'll have a file graphicsconfig.xml.delete it and try running the game again.

it works for me after i installed the latest patch the game crash on the loading screen but that fix the problem.

then search for those graphicsconfig.xml and delete it.

so its due to a new patch........i tot its because of my new lower reso.(800x600)

i already patch the game but it crash on the loading screen but i fix it by deleting the graphicsconfig.xml file on the same folder as the save game and it doesnt crash no more.
