NGOs get government money. I know a guy who does websites for NGOs, he charges a lot smile.gif want his email? I can give it to you smile.gif

I can help, but I'd like to see some audited accounts.

EDIT : I just talked to the guy, he says he charges an NGO Rm45 an hour to do work (mostly set up websites and databases, coordinate donations etc.) so don't think NGOs are poor or anything smile.gif
