Can you help to solve my iPhone problem

iPhone Generation : iPhone 4
Current Firmware : 4.1
iTunes Version : 10.1
Computer Platform : Windows XP SP3
Jailbreaking software : redsn0w 0.9.6b4
Problem Encountered : No service. I'm using both Celcom and Digi. When I inside my house or building my iPhone carrier signal appear to be "no service". When at open space the highest
signal is 3 bar.

*The following steps had been performed but problem still persist
1) Reset setting and network setting
2) Disable and Enable 3G service
3) Firmware restore as new (Both 4.1 and 4.2)
4) Check micro sim contact and clean with eraser/ alcohol (Both my Celcom and Digi micro sim). I tested both micro sim with other phone no reception problem at all.

*There is no propblem with GPS and WiFi signal. I suspect the problem related to hardware. Most probably the Antenna itself. How much do you charge for hardware replacement or repair?
The other phone's functionalities no problem.
